This apartment building was constructed in 2006 for the 110-112 Third Avenue Realty Corporation by architect Greenberg Farrow. It replaced the Variety Theatre, a 1914 Nickelodeon, moving picture, and Off-Broadway theater, which was demolished despite Village Preservation’s campaign to save it.
