This six-story building was constructed by Moore and Hutchins in 1951-52. One of the most outstanding examples of contextual, historicist architecture of its time, it houses Grace Church School with 86 Fourth Avenue and is part of the Grace Church individual NYC landmark designated in 1966. Multiple Book Row sellers were located at this site before the current building was erected.
