This six-story Gothic Revival structure was built in 1912 to the designs of the firm of Renwick, Aspinwall, and Tucker, the successor firm to James Renwick Jr.’s. Along with 84 Fourth Avenue, it houses Grace Church School and is part of the Grace Church individual NYC landmark designated in 1966. A prominent Book Row seller was located at a previous building at this site.
