This four-story brick rowhouse was built in 1839 for Caleb Bartlett. Until 2016, this building housed the New York Central Art Supply, frequented by a long list of renowned artists. James T. Lee, the grandfather of the late Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, also lived in this building.
