Look over the edge of the platform down onto the South Mall Arterial. Somewhere below that stretch of highway is where Jimmy Strawn's home used stand. He moved to Albany sometime in the early 1940s and rented the same Grand Street apartment until the 1960s, when he was forced to move, along with the other South Mall residents.
