Wyckoff House on the southeast corner of 74th Street. The front section with the porch was built late 18th century and was the home of Nicholas Wyckoff of Dry Harbor in the early and mid-19th century. It became Hillen's Hotel (aka Hillen's Hall, run by Henry Hillen) and then Picnic Park, and for a time in the early 20th Century was known as Glendale Hotel. In the mid-1900s it was known as Doty's Tavern (run by Dorothy Hillen a descendant of Henry Hillen) until it was torn down in 1970. The rear addition was torn down late in the 1920s when the nearby school was built.
