This survey photograph was originally taken to document street conditions prior to construction of the IND Eighth Avenue Line and shows a street view of Dyckman Street near Henshaw Street. The white building to the right has Sheffield Farms Co. Inc. painted on the front. The Sheffield Farms Company was one of the largest dairy distributing companies in the early 20th century.
