West 247th Street, north side, between Palisade Avenue and the Hudson River (near tracks of the New York Central Railroad). This cottage stood originally on Canal Street, Manhattan, and was floated up on a canal boat and re-erected on its present location in Riverdale.

The home is no longer extant.
