Guyon-Lake-Tysen House
A superb Dutch Colonial-style house erected in the New Dorp-Oakwood area by the Huguenot settler Joseph Guyon, this building was moved to Richmond Town in 1962. The gambrel roof, spring eaves, and front porch are especially notable. The kitchen wing was added around 1820 and the dormer windows twenty years later.
