Marble Collegiate Church ca. 1900

Designed by its architect, Samuel A. Warner, as a Romanesque church, this is an early example of the first phase of the Romanesque Revival- a style which, in the hands of Henry Hobson Richardson, was destined to become more powerful and original in expression.
