303 President Street
Nos. 303-317 President Street were built by WIlliam Bedell in 1876 and many of them still retain their original iron railings and gates.

255-267 Carroll Street
Designed by William Bedell in 1872, the landmark designation notes that the use of segmental arches over the windows creates a homogeneity in the facades of the seven buildings.

Built in the early 1870s, these buildings served a similar purpose as today, splitting residential and commercial functions.

323 Smith Street
315-323 Smith St. built in 1870 are some of the oldest buildings in Carroll Gardens. Serving both as commercial and residential buildings, the original ground floor wooden display windows are still visible in Nos. 317 and 319.

309 Carroll Street
The neighborhood Carroll Gardens partially takes its name from the front gardens on Carroll Street. Designed by Richard Butts, they were meant to provide a unique sense of open space in an urban environment.

Carroll Park Methodist Episcopal Church
Built in 1873, this Victorian Gothic Church served as the home of three different congregations before burning down in a mid-1970's fire. The two brownstones that replaced the church mark its absence due to their incongruity with the block's 1870s style.
