Interestingly there is no way that this view could possibly be the direction that the photograph notes mark it as. The homes on the west side of 31st Street, north of Avenue R are separate structures. But this view could be nearly any other direction from that corner, as the planned developments in all other directions are so similar in look, as to make them almost indistinguishable.
