20 Broad Street, New York Stock Market Annex, 1957.
In 1956 the Commerical Cable Building and Blair Building were replaced by a new 27-story annex building for the Stock Exchange next door. Designed by the firm of Kahn & Jacobs, the Modern structure was rendered with prominent setbacks. Purchased by a developer in 2015, the building will soon undergo a residential conversion (to luxury rentals), with added stories and more than 500 units planned.
