Manhattan: Park Avenue - 68th Street
Park Avenue, east side, from 68th to 69th Streets, looking northeast up the southern slope of Lenox Hill. The view is across the parks in the center of the avenue, showing the tower of the old Hunter College buildings, which have occupied the block since about 1870. Beyond it, on the northeast corner of 69th Street is the white house that will be occupied by the Union Club in 1933.
September 24, 1927.
