The New Hotel Biloxi opened around 1930. The property was previously Hotel Biloxi which operated from 1909-1930. Prior to the property being used as a tourist hotel, it was used by Dr. H.M. Folkes as the Biloxi Sanitorium and later the Gulf Coast Health Resort.
